About Admission Cell

The Admission Cell acts as an interface between the students and the institute, by helping the students to understand the various career options and enhance them to make the right choice. We meet with prospective students and answer queries about the institute, area of study, and opportunities for students.

We provide appropriate sources for guidance on courses of study, financial aid, scholarships, or other information through counseling and campus visits. Admission counseling is the first and most important step leading to a proper gateway to career development.

We assist students and parents by giving comprehensive information and guidance about different diploma courses of our institution with a single goal of helping students make the right decision.

Eligibility Criteria

1st Year Admission (3-Year Program)

Qualification: Minimum qualification passed 10th / Madhyamik or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Percentage: Candidates must obtain at least 35% aggregate marks in 10th.
Appearing Students: Class 10th appearing students can also apply for JCECEB entrance examination.

Lateral Entry - 2nd Year (2-Year Program)

Qualification: Passed Intermediate Science (I.Sc with Mathematics) OR passed ITI trade course.
Direct Entry: Admission directly into 3rd Semester (2nd Year).
Age Limit: No upper age limit. (Mining stream requires minimum 17 years).

Admission Procedure (JCECEB & Open Counseling)

Standard JCECEB Counseling Steps:

JCECEB Application: Fill up the online entrance exam form advertised by JCECEB Board, Govt. of Jharkhand.

Entrance Exam: Appear in the Jharkhand Combined Polytechnic Entrance Examination.

Choice Filling: Select CBI Polytechnic (Tupudana, Ranchi) as your choice during online counseling.

Reporting & Verification: Print allotment letter and report to our campus with certificates.

Admission Through Open Counseling:

Against remaining vacant seats, institute level open counseling is organized under official guidance:

Direct counseling for candidates who missed initial entrance filling or allotment.
Scholarship Support: E-Kalyan state scholarship facility for ST, SC, OBC category candidates.
Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW): Approved TFW scheme for meritorious candidates as per government directives.

प्रवेश सेल छात्रों और संस्थान के बीच एक माध्यम के रूप में कार्य करता है, जो छात्रों को विभिन्न करियर विकल्पों को समझने और उन्हें सही विकल्प चुनने में मदद करता है। हम इच्छुक छात्रों से मिलते हैं और संस्थान, अध्ययन के क्षेत्र और अवसरों से संबंधित प्रश्नों के उत्तर देते हैं।

हम परामर्श और संस्थान दौरों के माध्यम से अध्ययन के पाठ्यक्रमों, वित्तीय सहायता, छात्रवृत्ति या अन्य जानकारी पर मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करते हैं। सही करियर निर्णय लेने के लिए प्रवेश परामर्श पहला और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

प्रवेश के लिए बुनियादी पात्रता

10वीं पास: डिप्लोमा तकनीकी शिक्षा में प्रवेश के लिए उम्मीदवार को न्यूनतम 10वीं / माध्यमिक परीक्षा में कम से कम 35% अंक प्राप्त होने चाहिए।
अपियारिँग छात्र: 10वीं की परीक्षा देने वाले छात्र भी झारखंड संयुक्त पॉलिटेक्निक प्रवेश परीक्षा (JCECEB) के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
आयु सीमा: पॉलिटेक्निक प्रवेश परीक्षा के लिए कोई ऊपरी या निचली आयु सीमा नहीं है।

लेटरल एंट्री (द्वितीय वर्ष प्रवेश)

योग्यता: I.Sc. (गणित) या ITI उत्तीर्ण छात्र डिप्लोमा के दूसरे वर्ष (तीसरे सेमेस्टर) में सीधे प्रवेश ले सकते हैं।
छात्रवृत्ति: SC / ST / OBC उम्मीदवारों के लिए ई-कल्याण (E-Kalyan) और सरकारी छात्रवृत्ति सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हैं।
टीएफडब्ल्यू (TFW): ट्यूशन फीस वेवियर योजना के तहत पात्र छात्रों को ट्यूशन शुल्क का भुगतान नहीं करना पड़ता है।
