Centre for Bioinformatics (Polytechnic College) was established and registered in 2003 under the Trust SNEH (Society for Nature, Education and Health) in Indian Trust Act, Reg. No. IV/1413, as a Non-profit Organization. The institute was established with the aim of providing best quality education in Diploma in Engineering and Technology to the technical aspirant students. The foundation aim of the college is to provide best education in the tribal regions of Jharkhand. It is a self-supporting, self-financed and privately managed institute. Centre for Bioinformatics is committed towards promoting quality education and research oriented activities through dynamic linkages with industry.
